Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken pieces (I just cut up boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2-3 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
White Rice

Directions:
Put the chicken in the crock pot.
Combine the remaining ingredients (except the rice) and pour over the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve over rice
